1. General Policy – No Refund
Due to the digital and subscription-based nature of our service, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted. This applies to all plans:
- Weekly subscription (₹2,000)
- Monthly subscription (₹6,500)
- Full Season subscription (₹10,000)
2. Exception: Technical Issue Refunds Only
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Double payment: If you were charged twice for the exact same subscription
- Platform downtime: If the platform was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your active subscription period
- Payment gateway error: If money was debited from your account but access was never granted
3. Non-Eligible Refund Reasons
- Dissatisfaction with prediction accuracy or outcomes
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect decisions made based on our predictions
- Inability to use the platform due to personal device or internet issues
- Requests made after the subscription period has been partially or fully used
4. Refund Eligibility Conditions
- Refund request must be raised within 48 hours of the issue occurring
- You must provide your registered email, Razorpay transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue
- Our support team may request screenshots or additional evidence
5. Refund Process

- Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
- Review and decision within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 7 business days to original payment method
6. Chargeback Policy
Filing an unauthorized chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first exhausting our refund process will result in immediate permanent account termination. We will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may report to Razorpay's risk team.
