2. Nature of Service

• Cric11IPL provides AI-generated cricket analysis and predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only
• We are NOT a gambling, betting, or gaming platform
• Predictions are based on statistical models and are not guaranteed to be accurate
• Users must make their own independent decisions based on the information provided

3. Subscription & Access

• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation
• Access is granted to a single user account — sharing credentials is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts found sharing access without refund
• Subscription periods are fixed and non-extendable unless otherwise communicated

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). No additional tax is charged.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant)
• You authorize us to charge the subscription fee at the time of purchase
• Failed or declined payments will result in immediate access suspension

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using predictions for illegal betting or wagering activities under any Indian or international law
• Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing our prediction content without written permission
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract our AI algorithms or models
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our platform
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or access restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All content including AI models, prediction data, UI design, brand assets, and analytical frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Cric11IPL Official. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cric11IPL shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on our predictions. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the subscription amount paid by that user.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
